If your child uses Google to search the internet you may wish to add a filter to the search results with safesearch. To access this option you need to click on the Preferences option on the main Google splash page.

When you click on this link you need to scroll down the linked page and select the level of search filter you wish to use. Note the higher level of filter can often inadvertently block otherwise safe sites.

As an alternative site you might like to consider using the Ask For Kids search.
